Here's how it works:
- Custom Home Consulting charges an up-front 1% of the project budget to build a detailed construction bid based on your needs.
- You'll get everything you need to get started on your home project. This would include at a minimum the following information:
- Architectural configuration
- Site plan
- County requirements
- Water, power, and sewer requirements
- Finish material selection
- Supplier selection
- Windows
- Dry-In materials list
- Construction timeline
- Construction bids
- After the bid is completed CHC will present it to you, detailing your specifications for the house. This will include:
- All bids straight from suppliers
- Construction timeline
- Workable plans
- Site evaluation
- Subcontractor layout
CHC then recieves 4% (total of 5%) of the bid after client initiates and signs the bid. This will start your project and you will now receive:
- Workbook with samples
- Laptop with custom built project portfolio*
- Telephone with all contact information*
- Calendar for construction schedule
- General contractor specs.
Now everything is complete -- you are living the dream!
- Now, you get the savings.
