Here's how it works:

  1. Custom Home Consulting charges an up-front 1% of the project budget to build a detailed construction bid based on your needs.
  2. You'll get everything you need to get started on your home project. This would include at a minimum the following information:
    • Architectural configuration  
    • Site plan
    • County requirements
    • Water, power, and sewer requirements
    • Finish material selection
    • Supplier selection
    • Windows
    • Dry-In materials list
    • Construction timeline
    • Construction bids
  3. After the bid is completed CHC will present it to you, detailing your specifications for the house. This will include:
    • All bids straight from suppliers
    • Construction timeline
    • Workable plans
    • Site evaluation
    • Subcontractor layout
    CHC then recieves 4% (total of 5%) of the bid after client initiates and signs the bid. This will start your project and you will now receive:
    • Workbook with samples
    • Laptop with custom built project portfolio*
    • Telephone with all contact information*
    • Calendar for construction schedule
    • General contractor specs.
    Now everything is complete -- you are living the dream!
  4. Now, you get the savings.
    Here's an example:


    Construction Bid:
    (end user)
    $200,000
    Savings from going through CHC (10%): -$20,000
    Consulting Fee (5%):
    (1% initial fee + 4% final fee)
    +$10,000
      ------------
    Total Construction Costs $190,000
    In this example, you save $10,000!
